- Stakeholder feedback
Casey:
1. Create a survey on your website idea, and find out what your stakeholders already know, or would like to know about your topic. See if you can create and online one that they can do, that will collate your results for you (try SurveyMonkey, or maybe an in-built gadget). You can survey more people if you think it would help.
2. Get feedback on your initial design ideas. Get your stakeholders to view your ideas, rank them from best to worst, and evaluate bits the like / don't like, as well as any improvements they suggest. Get your stakeholders to POST THEIR FEEDBACK AS A COMMENT on your blog so you have a copy of it, and then collate / summarise the results on your page. Be sure to comment on any alterations to your best design idea that you are going to make after stakeholder feedback.
